Biography
His Holiness the 34th Menri Trizin Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche was born in Amdo and recognized as the spiritual head of the Bön tradition. He trained at Menri Monastery under the 33rd Menri Trizin, mastering Bön philosophy, tantra, and Dzogchen.
As Menri Trizin, he leads Menri Monastery in Dolanji, India, and the worldwide Bön community, preserving and transmitting the Zhangzhung Nyengyud and other Dzogchen cycles of the ancient Bön tradition.
