Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche is a Nyingma khenpo, abbot of Padmasambhava Buddhist Center, and co-author with Khenchen Palden Sherab of extensive teachings on Dzogchen and Nyingma philosophy.

Biography
Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche was born in Kham, Tibet, and trained at Khawalung Monastery before fleeing to India. He and his brother Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche were among the first Tibetan khenpos to teach extensively in the West.
As abbot of Padmasambhava Buddhist Center (PBC), he teaches Dzogchen, ngöndro, and the scholastic traditions of Longchenpa and Mipham Rinpoche at centers throughout the Americas and Europe.
