Lama Drimed Lodro Rinpoche is a Nyingma lama trained at Larung Gar who teaches Dzogchen and the Nyingtik cycles at Orgyen Dorje Den in California.
Biography
Lama Drimed Lodro Rinpoche was born in Tibet and entered Sertha Larung Five Sciences Buddhist Academy at fifteen, completing fourteen years of training toward khenpo certification. He received the Nyingtik Yabzhi, Dzod Dun, Yeshe Lama, and other Dzogchen transmissions from H.H. Jigme Tromge Rinpoche, H.H. Penor Rinpoche, and Ven. Yangthang Rinpoche.
At the request of his uncle Ven. Gyatrul Rinpoche, he began teaching in the United States in 2003. He founded Shensem Tsogpa Tibetan Cultural Center and Dechen Rang Dharma Center, and currently resides at Orgyen Dorje Den in Alameda, where he gives Vajrayana and Dzogchen teachings.
